List of Vacancies
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as breads, cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Create new and exciting Pastry Cake and desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Graduated from Hotel Diploma or University
- Job experience similar as pastry chef at least 3 years hotel 4 star
- Good knowledge of pastry and bakery science
- Strong managerial skill with positive attitude and high integrity
- Age 35-40 years
